The Adventurers: Twos Room (Age 2)
Welcome to The Adventurers Room
In our two-year-old classroom, known as The Adventurers, your child will begin to explore their growing independence in a space designed to encourage learning, movement, and social development. This is a year of big milestones, and we are here to walk alongside your child every step of the way.
What to Expect in The Adventurers Room
Learning Through Play
Two-year-olds are eager learners who thrive on hands-on experiences. We use the Abeka K2 curriculum to introduce foundational skills through fun, play-based learning. Each activity is designed to support cognitive growth, language development, and creativity.
What Children Explore:
Colors, shapes, numbers, and letters
Daily Bible stories and memory verses
Music, art, and large motor activities
Name recognition and group activities
Daily Structure
Children benefit from routine, so our day includes structured play, teacher-guided learning, outdoor time, meals, rest, and plenty of room for discovery.
Fostering Independence
This age group is learning how to do things "all by myself." We nurture their self-help skills with encouragement and guidance as they practice:
Hand washing and hygiene
Using utensils and cups
Following directions
Cleaning up after play
Communication
Parents receive daily updates via the ProCare app that include:
Meals and naps
Diaper changes or potty training progress
Photos and highlights from the day
Meet Our Teachers
Our teachers create a warm and structured environment where twos can thrive. With training in early childhood development and a passion for this age group, they help children feel seen, supported, and celebrated.
"Every day brings a new adventure, and we love helping our twos grow in confidence and joy."
Parent Partnership
We work closely with you to ensure a smooth transition and a consistent experience between home and school. Together, we support your child as they grow in independence and connection.
